Coat Dyeing: While there are dog-safe dyes available, we do not offer coat dyeing services. Our salon focuses on health, comfort, and breed-appropriate grooming, and we recommend seeking a specialist for creative grooming needs.
Dematting: Severe matting can be painful and stressful for your dog. If your dog’s coat is heavily matted, we recommend consulting your veterinarian or a specialist for safe removal.
Sedation Grooming: For the safety of your pet, we do not offer sedation services. If your dog has severe anxiety or aggression that requires them to be sedated, we recommend consulting your veterinarian for alternative solutions.

Nail Caps (e.g., Soft Paws): We do not apply nail caps, as they can cause discomfort or improper nail growth if not applied correctly.
